We undertake our assignments without a monthly fee, on a success fee basis, so owners do not have to pay any consulting fees upfront. Our fees are tied to a successful transaction.
Investor meetings arranged within seven days of mandate.
In our transaction mandates, we do not think in terms of a marketing process that lasts for several months. Thanks to our excellent network and targeted customer database, we can bring the company for sale to a serious investor in as little as a week.

After we have examined your business and believe it may be a relevant customer, we will establish an agency contract.
