VARLA Capital helps enterprises in the preparation and implementation of business and financial projects.

 

A collaboration usually starts with a personal or online meeting, where we discuss the project's goals and opportunities. After that, we jointly develop the necessary business and financial materials and prepare the project for investor or bank inquiries.

 

If necessary, we provide support in finding suitable partners, investors or acquisition targets and in conducting negotiations. We maintain active working relationships with numerous domestic and international banks, fund managers and consulting firms.

 

Our clients typically use the full range of services, but sometimes we only work together on a single project phase.

Managing owner

Hanya Omar

Omar Hannya gained experience in the fields of investment and corporate finance at Citi Bank, Gránit Fund Management as a Portfolio Manager, and Batthyányi Capital Fund Management as a member of the Investment Committee.

Early in his career, he worked as a portfolio manager across multiple asset classes in foreign exchange, bond and equity markets, which laid the foundation for my disciplined, risk-aware approach.

Within the framework of VARLA, he supports entrepreneurs and investors in the practical implementation of their financing and strategic decisions, primarily in Hungary and the region.
